A weak link in a chain can ruin the whole strength of the chain. Similarly, an unprofessional attitude of a single entity can spoil the name of the company despite its quality product. For example, people do not go to the restaurants where waiters or stewards are rude on their behavior, no matter, how good quality or tasty food is available there. Hope you are fine. I have a saving account in your bank since last 10 years and I am valuable customer keeping the highest amount of money since last three years. But I am upset to inform you that the behavior of the operations manager is very frustrating. I had spent my three working days to receive my bank statement for the last financial year but I was not entertained properly. I have temporarily blocked internet banking due to security reasons and I need a bank statement with bank stamps on it. Initially, I sent my manager along with authority letter and paid two visits personally but all remain inconclusive due to irrational behavior of the manager. If the behavior of the subject manager remained the same, I must change my bank account due to said reason.
