Resignation Letter with Clearance Demand

A formal resignation letter is written by an employee to announce his departure from a current post on which he was employed. In addition, the worker must ask his supervisors for the clearance procedure to be followed, so his remaining dues can be cleared before his resignation date. The employee may include his personal experience of work in the company, followed by his gratitude and contact details for further procedures.

The letter of resignation is normally delivered before the termination date, but some can be delivered on effective immediate dates. The reason for resignation can also be provided by emphasizing the formality and professionalism. In order to represent a formal and courteous behavior, a help for training the replaced staff member can be offered.
