I hope you are fine. I am a regular buyer of West Point electronics items and almost all home appliances from the same company. Moreover, I had bought all items from the company outlet situated at Central Street. I have bought a washing machine yesterday and cleared the payment through credit card. Initially, the salesman declared the link down upon swapping the credit card. Thereafter, he tried again by swapping the card and gave a receipt to me to sign it. I signed the slip and brought the item at home. But, when I saw my bank statement today, it showed double payment for the subject item. I am sending you the bank statement along with this letter. Therefore, it is requested that this matter of the double payment may be resolved and payment may be refunded to my account on earliest.
