I am regretfully writing this letter to withdraw my resignation letter with [ABC Company] which was sent by me on [DATE]. Accept my apology while I am informing you that I hereby want to withdraw my resignation. It was a great mistake from my side to take the extreme step and thereby tender the resignation letter.
I admit this as a decision which was made in haste and I feel sorry that I thought to leave the company during this time of the year when the annual audit approaching and the company needs sincere cooperation from all its employees.
Since 1999, I have been working in this company and throughout my stay here in this company, I have gained a lot of professional skills which were necessary in order to excel in my career, and by virtue of these skills, I was successful in contributing and playing a leading role as assistant manager finance.
What I know today is all due to this company for which I am grateful and really feel honored being part of such a worthy organization. I have gained a good knowledge of all goals, objectives, and missions of the organization. I am hopeful to play my role for the well-being of the company.
Now, I am looking forward to continuing my job with the company, and for this reason, I want to withdraw my resignation letter. With an apology, I hope that you will accept this withdrawal.
Kindly accept my request so that I could rejoin my duties soon. I am very sorry for any inconvenience which was caused due to this act of mine. Please let me know your decision in this regard. I am waiting for your positive response and thank you in anticipation of this act of kindness.
