Letter to Boss to Remind Salary is Due

1-

Dear Mr. Collins,

I am writing to remind you that my salary is due for the month of June and July 20XX. I joined your company two months prior as a sales director but unfortunately had to leave soon as my family had planned to move to another city. I gave an application for resignation and served the notice period of two months as per the company policy. I was informed that the salary of the notice period will be paid after it ends, however, it’s been many months now and the salary has still not been paid.

I have checked with the bank multiple times to confirm this. I have sent many reminders to HR regarding the pending salary but there was no response from them. Therefore, I have been left with no choice but to contact you directly and to request you to please resolve this matter.

It is requested that I have to pay the educational fee of my children and the medical bills of my mother who is currently in the hospital with dementia. Her treatments are very expensive, and we are struggling to make ends meet with our limited financial resources.

I would be very grateful if you can help me out and pay my dues by the end of this month. I shall be very grateful to you for this kindness. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Adam Smith
Ex Director Sales, Bluebird company

Dear Mr. John Smith,

This letter is to inform you that my salary is due for the month of September. I have been working as a sales representative for the white Matter Company for the past six months and have worked with honesty and dedication. My sincerity with the work can be judged by my excellent professional record.

I would like to bring it to your notice that for the last three months, my salary has been transferred very late into my account. Usually, after about ten days and multiple reminders, my salary is finally transferred to my account which causes a lot of inconvenience to me.

I have to pay bills and installments for the property I recently purchased, and it gets delayed every month due to the late transfer of my salary. I request you to please pay me my salary on time, so I can pay my bills within their due date and avoid the late fee.

I have forwarded the matter to HR as well, but I am writing to you since I got no response from HR. I have checked with the bank before writing this letter and they informed me that the salary for the month of September has not been transferred. I request you to please investigate this matter and resolve this issue.  Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Ms. Elizabeth Hanna
Sales representative,
White Matter and Co.
