Dear Mr. Joe

It is to bring to your kind attention that ABL bank Canal Road from where I have been performing all business transactions has shifted to the main bank road from canal road. Due to this their address and contact number have also changed. I am hereby informing you through this letter that I no longer have an account with the ABL Bank at any of its branches. You may receive a call from ABL bank as one of our transactions was still going through the bank. You just need to confirm that you are Mr. Joe’s manager of ABC goods so that they may transfer funds in your account through my previous account there.

I have shifted to Turf Bank at canal road. My account will be active for 7 days from this letter. As you are one of our suppliers it was my duty to serve you a notice of change of bank details so that it may not cause you any trouble in the future. From now on all my business transactions will be carried out through this account My new bank details are below:

Account name: James Harold.
Account number: 123rete654.
Bank Name: Turf Bank, Canal Road.
Account Type: Business.
