Businesses are sometimes recognized by the place they have their office at. When businesses change their location for one reason or the other, they inform their clients about it via a new business location announcement letter.

The advantage of sending these letters is that the clients know about the new location and in the case official documents or letters are to be sent, they are not sent to the wrong address where they will eventually not be received. If you change your business location don’t forget to inform your clients about it as the change of location affects businesses if not announced.
