Re. Announcing the Changes in Timings of Work from 12-08-21 w.e.f. Lockdown Implications in the Wake of Fourth Wave of Coronavirus
Dear all, this letter is to inform a recent change in the timings of working in the office. Due to covid-19 and its imperatives, we are compelled to reduce our working hours as directed by the Federal Government of the USA. The government has generated a list of suggestions and SOPs to curb and halt the spread of coronavirus in its fourth wave. Making health a priority over every other thing, we ascend to the government’s decision of reducing working hours.
This change will be affected from [DATE]. The imperatives of coronavirus and directions are given by the ministry of health impart that the timings of the office should be reduced to avoid the spread of the virus or another spike in the cases of covid positive. Casing this view, it has been decided that timing for working in the office shall be 8 AM to 2 PM. Moreover, the office shall open from Monday to Thursday, hence, there would be four working days a week.
It would reduce the risk of contagion and get contaminated with the virus. The official authorities of the office also have generated a list of SOPs to be followed while working in the office. Moreover, no staff is allowed to stay in the office after 2:30 PM and thus no extra-working hours shall be appreciated. Re. Reduced Working Hours
Dear Customers,
It is to bring into your notice that our store timings have been changed due to new imperatives and directions by the government. It has been done on the account of an indication in the rise of positive cases of coronavirus. The fourth wave of coronavirus has done havoc in the states of New York, California, and many others. These areas have been called under red alert for getting more cases of coronavirus. Therefore, we have decided to reduce our working hours for all our outlets in California. We are trying to not become a hotspot for the coronavirus as much as we can.
Business shut down can bring huge losses in the economy and employment. A complete shutdown affects the workers and business owners both. Such reduction in the logistics is unaffordable, therefore, we have decided to reduce our working hours in consultation with MOH, CA. Thus, there is a reduction in working and dealing hours has been made.
For customers, the store outlets in California shall remain open from Monday to Friday. Stores shall remain close on Saturday and Sunday. Our earlier timings were 10 AM to 10 PM but the new timings will be 10 AM to 7 PM. These timings shall be followed strictly, and specific SOPs would be conducted.
