Letter of Inquiry for Disbursal of Grants

Foundations rely on sending a letter of inquiry instead of long proposals. Non-profit organizations always need them as the money they are granting for certain projects or anything else should be conveyed to the right people or organization.

Many non-profit organizations play a vital role in social causes. They need grants to start their projects. While writing LOI’s one needs to present a short summary. The needs and aims should be explained.

Major activities and targets should be explained. An overview of the purpose should be explained. The methodology and objectives should be given. Above all, once funds are granted, we need to process them as per our statements. And we should be grateful to the funders by writing a thank you note or letter to them.

We should be time-restricted. Any guidelines that funders need should be attached with the thank you letter. A potential request for granting funds should be concise and accurate. And LOI’s should be responded to properly.

I have some diabetes patients who need help with their medical expenses. As you know Diabetes is one of the most expensive diseases due to the constant demand for insulin injections and testing strips etc.
