Letter to Parents to Pay School Fee
Dear Mr. and Mrs. White, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that the amount of the $250 tuition fee of your son, Andrew white (Reg#9282) is pending for the month of August. We sent a reminder to you earlier as well, but the dues have still not been cleared. We request you to please pay the school fee within this week as it has already been a week past the deadline.
In case you are unable to pay the fee due to financial issues, we also have the option of school fee payment in installments. You can pay twenty-five percent of the fee within this week, and then a ten percent fee in each coming week. This policy has been introduced for the ease of parents. If you wish to avail of the installment policy, please write back to us so we can send you the paperwork regarding it.
We hope to hear from you soon. We also wish to inform you that if the school fee is not paid after two reminders and if the parents do not reach out to us within the given time, the school reserves the right to take strict action.
This may or may not be limited to a temporary suspension of the student or permanent expulsion from the school. We always strive for fairness which is why we are giving you time to either pay the school fee in whole or by installments as per your convenience.

I am writing this letter to inform you that the school fee of your son Kevin Walter is pending for the fall semester. A total sum of $800 is payable till the deadline of 16th October.
A reminder was sent previously too, to which we got no response from your side. After the due date, $50 will be charged for every day up till a week after which the name of your son will be struck off the exam list and he won’t be able to appear in the final term exam. We advise you to please pay the fee on time to avoid any inconvenience.
We have attached the fee voucher of our son with this letter for your reference. Please submit it at your earliest. We also have a policy of accepting fees in installments. If you wish to avail of the policy, please let us know so we can send you the details of how the installments need to be paid.
Furthermore, if your son Kevin Walter performs well in his final year exam and gets a 3.5 cumulative GPA, he will be eligible for a scholarship that will cover his tuition fee for the future. So please clear the dues on time so Kevin can appear in his exam. We wish the best academic results for your child.
Thank you for your time. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
