Dear Manager,
My name is Johnson and I am working in ABC pharmaceutical company as assistant manager. I am writing you this letter on behalf of my company because we are in need of 3 buses urgently. The transport service you are providing to your clients has been examined by us very carefully and the condition of buses which are included in your fleet is quite satisfactory. Our employees have to attend the annual sales conference in Michigan State and therefore, we want you to provide us the transportation services.
For this purpose, we require three well condition buses with well-trained drivers. You would be required to pick the employees from the company head office, carry them to their destiny in the state of Michigan and then bring them back to the company head office after two days. During the conference, your drivers are required to stay there in order to avoid any inconvenience.
You, therefore, requested to arrange the buses with drivers in accordance with our requirements. If it is possible for you and you are agreeing to stick with our terms and conditions, do let us know so that we could make the necessary arrangements. Last night, our company vehicle became out of order and it became nearly impossible for us to deliver goods on time to respective customers. Since you have a big name in the transportation industry and provide the best services to your customer, therefore you are being requested to provide us a well-conditioned cargo vehicle with a well-trained driver within few hours after you receive this letter.
Other requirements have been written and being sent to you with this letter. We need the above-mentioned vehicle for three days. If it is feasible and you agree with our terms and conditions, do let us know at your earliest. In this case, do let us know your charges and other requirements.
