Keeping the motivation level high is a challenging task but two basic needs are required to be updated all the time. One is annual salary increments and the second is the promotion. These two are the main remedial actions to keep the people devoted to their company. Otherwise, as soon as people will get experience, they will opt for better designation and better salary in any other company.

So the best idea is to keep hold of your men through better salary and timely promotions. On the other hand, an employee can also follow the procedure to approach his boss for his timely promotion in the company. Therefore, a letter with supporting documents may be written to the CEO to highlight the promotion-related issue.

I want to register my complaint against the unfair treatment I have received. My junior who joined on [date], two years later than me has been promoted. Apart from my seniority, I also have the honor of having three major projects to my credit. All this was ignored and I was denied promotion which is extremely unfair and demoralizing.

A successful organization always needs to build a trust and motivation in their employees. Bosses need to be the guiding star for their employees. This is important for both the company and employees. Awards, bonuses, and salary always give motivation to employees as well as enhance their skills and abilities.

To bring more out of the employees, bosses need to energize them by giving trust, giving space, having good communication, solving their problems. This all will result in integrity and honesty which in result gives outstanding results.

As you know, I am a very responsible and punctual employee of the company. I assure you that I shall attend the office after all the wrecks get back to a normal situation. I have been working under his direct supervision since last year. Although I tried my best to form a good association with him but every time I received callous treatment from his side. Since the first day of my joining, I have been performing my duty wholeheartedly and punctually.
